Bullet Girls Phantasia is the latest installment of the all-female third person shooter Bullet Girls series, developed by Shade and published by D3 Publisher who is known for their work with the Earth Defense Force games. It is the sequel to 2016's Bullet Girls 2, and similar to the second game, it is a shooter with fanservice elements that make Senran Kagura seem tame by comparison.
